TRAIN WITH US

S.T.Trainings creates an environment of inclusion and brings players together based on love of the game. We promote and work on ways of being confident so players feel their best through our specific training methods.

Group Training

Group training is an opportunity to train on a consistent weekly basis with players of similar age & experience. During these sessions, our focus is on technical ability, game realistic movements, body positioning when on the field, crossing, finishing and physicalness/aggression. We create an environment of inclusion and positivity. We are looking at building confidence and bringing out player's BEST.

Individual Training

Private training is an opportunity for players to train individually to work on specific needs. Our staff will develop and lead sessions tailor-made to each individual player's abilities and goals. Individual sessions can also be adjusted on-the-fly to ensure the player receives the optimum level of challenge and reward during their time.

Team Training

Team training is an opportunity for teams to work on specific areas of improvement based on your team's style and system. These sessions run for 1.5 hours. As a club and HS coach as well, Coach Sophia can write and run sessions for teams of different age groups and skill levels.
